"We feel blessed that we found Heritage House as my Mom's final stop in her life's journey. Everyone from the owners and managers to each and every staff member treated her as family and with dignity and respect. We could not care for her at home, but having her at Heritage House felt like she was home. Prior to going there, Mom had always told me not to sell her house because she was going to come back there someday. But after she settled in at Heritage House, she told me she found a new home. The staff and management kept in close contact with me and I could never ask for better communication. When the time came for hospice, we made the decision together and they worked extremely well with the outside staff that came in to work with Mom. When mom finally passed, I felt like I was being supported by a strong, loving, and compassionate family.
