Founded in 2009, The Heritage Houses have been a welcoming place for your loved ones to call “home.” Five nostalgic care homes in the heart of Allen, Murphy, Garland, Plano, and Richardson. Each Heritage House provides superior interactive care for those seeking everything from independent assisted living through full-care needs. Our facilities accommodate up to nine residents, allowing the homes to feel welcoming and lively, while maintaining coziness and quiet when needed. With collaboration from local Home Health Agencies, Hospice Companies, visiting Physicians, volunteers, loving caregivers and many more, The Heritage Houses provide dignified comfort, care, and respect to your loved one.

Our homes are licensed according to the regulations of Texas Health and Human Services. The Heritage House of Allen, Garland, Murphy, Plano, and Richardson are proudly licensed as Type B Assisted Living Facilities in the State of Texas. Our homes are staffed with Certified Dementia Universal Caregivers.

Founder & Administrator of The Heritage Houses
With a genuine love for all God’s children, Cindy founded the Heritage Houses in 2009. Since then, Cindy has called upon her Child Psychology Degree and MBA to help expand the Heritage Houses to over 5 locations in the Collin/Dallas County Area.
With dedication to quality care, 35 devoted staff members, and a strict detail to HHSC compliance, The Heritages Houses has earned the award for 2019 Best of Assisted Living in Plano.

Cindy’s hands-on and personal approach is the key to owning and operating her successful homes. For eleven years, Cindy continues to be the owner and operator of these homes. In the more recent years, Cindy has consulted for those new to the industry, hoping to offer clarity and direction to those operating assisted living homes.

This profession brings gratitude and pride as relationships form and continue to flourish with each family that becomes a part of the Heritage Houses. Cindy finds pure joy spending time with her husband, four married children and soon to be 5 grandchildren.

She believes that caring for the ones that need you the most is the ultimate reward in life.
